Introduction
Westside Story turned Chariots of Fire! This was borrowed from Westside’s Q at the Asylum (CherokeeF3) However it turned into Chariots of Fire during the Spartan Run! The Americans edging out the British….from what i remember!

4 Corners-
1st Corner-Started off getting right with a little Jack Webbs- PAX were really excited! 1:4 Ratio….then a little Mosey
2nd Corner- Burpee Bearcrawl- The excitement continued to build!- 1:4 Ratio- Mosey
3rd Corner- 11’s- Stadium seat jumps/ Derkins. You could feel the excitement continuing to gain!
4th Corner- With the excitement level reaching almost unparalleled levels we had a little Spartan Dash-(Sprint 100 yards followed by 10 Merkins) continue until exhaustion!
During the 4th relay the PAX, full of the American spirit and tired of the Brit leading the pack took off in full Chariots of Fire mode. Brexit(Representing the Englishman Harold Abrams) and Swedish Ham (representing the American Jackson Shultz) were neck in neck until The American hearing the Pax chanting U….S….A….edged out the Brit…..as usual! However…. Commando feeling the Olympic Spirit took off on the last dash( he might have had a foot fault) but none the less….feeling a Gold Metal in his future…loss by a hair….to Big Perm! ( no Pun intended) Ending with a little Mary.

All PAX were mostly concerned about GoPro’s daughter and will continue to pray for Sloan. Sloan is Irish Gaelic for Warrior and we all Pray God’s healing over her!
Naked Man Moleskin
YHC was ready to get back to the grind after having several days off for Spring Break! YHC feels the PAX is truly building the First and Second F’s! The Third F is up to each individual PAX and YHC tried to communicate the importance of Servant Leadership at Home as well at Work! Having so many outside things going on in today’s society it is truly hard for YHC to maintain focus on the Third F. However…We started our day off right and hope to end it as well focused on the SKYQ as well as other’s first and foremost. Thankful for each of you!
