Introduction
As YHC woke up at 4 am to make the long drive to our new neighbor region, the sky opened up and lighting came with no signs of letting up. But YHC knew this new region would come rain or shine. So after picking up Lawdog, we made our way to the Asylum!
Warm-O-Rama
After a quick mosey to the next parking lot and a quick disclaimer,

SSH,
Windmills,
Sun Gods,
and Michael Phelps
The Thang
AT the football field, we lined up at the ‘Goal Line’
Sprinted to the other end of the field and finished with 10 merkins,
Rinse and repeat 15 more times.
After YHC realized that we would not finish all 30 rounds of the Spartan, we headed back to the flag fr some more fun.
Next we did a round of Chumbaburpee,
To the song, Tubthumper by Chumbawumba, starting with SSH at beginning of song, then every time they say, “I get knocked down, but I get up again” do a burpee. While not doing burpees, we continuously did SSH. In the end, we did about 27 burpees.
Finally we finished with a round of Bring Up Sally with Air Chair Squats.
Circle of Trust
In the COT, YHC reminded the men to appreciate what they have. This week marked the 9th year sense my family had a house fire and we lost everything. In fact the old house was only 10 minutes from this new AO and the last time YHC was in this region, was just after the fire.
Naked Man Moleskin
It was great being in my old stomping ground and meeting new friends. YHC knows that this group of men are going to make this new region something special! Good work today men.
