Mosey to QT’s office and break the pack into two. Half doing chair sits on the short wall, other half doing chicken peckers. Pick your shoulder taps at each level – 2-10 start at horizontal, then 45 degrees, balls to the wall then back down again. 5 positions in total. Once you are done tag someone off the short wall and swap it out. 3 sets of each finishing with mary in middle.
Mosey to one tree hills lil brother. Combo jack web and Bernie Sanders. 1 pushup at the bottom, bernie up the hill, 4 arm raises at the top. keep going till 10 pushups at the bottom and 40 arm raises at the top.
Mary till the 6 is in, then plank for a bit more.
Mosey to lil 5 points.
Headed out onto the ball field. bear crawl to first, 10 monkey humpers. crawl bear to second, 10 monkey humpers. crab walk to third, 10 monkey humpers, walk crab home and 10 more monkey humpers. Split the pax up to start at all the bases and rotate. Finished up with a few minutes to spare so we went to the beginning of the sidewalk that leads to bear arse hill. One last sprint to the top of the hill. Mosey back to the flag – Q finally made it without merlot!
Circle of Trust
I greatly appreciate the support, prayers and challenges of this group of men, especially over the past few weeks. Prayers for Rapids Dad, Sloppy’s friend who lost her dad and school starting back up.
