Introduction
This workout was designed to draw a 5 point star to resemble the Texas ranger badge. A couple of the exercises were inspired by the show.

The Thang
The pax ran out to the 5 points of the star, did 6 burpees and then the following:
1. Switch kicks – 50
2. Pistol squats – 8 each leg
3. Turkish get up – 25
4. Coupon overhead press – 25
5. Close grip merkin – 40
After performing one of the 5 exercises and running back to the center, pax bear crawled part way around the circle skipping the first leg and running out along the 2nd leg they came to.
