Introduction
Typically, the first friday is Anvil Test day at The FORGE. Couple of Anniversaries changed the plans.
1. QT turns 50
2. The Forge turned 2
Warm-O-Rama
Couple of SSH, Weed Pickers and then 2 minutes of stretching to get right.
The Thang
50 Burpees – 2 laps around the tennis courts
50 Merkins – 2 laps around the tennis courts
50 LBCs – 2 laps around the tennis courts
50 Lunges (hard count in cadence) – 2 laps around the tennis courts
50 Mtn Climbers (hard count in cadence with some help from Exile) – 2 laps
50 Plank Jacks (hard count in cadence) 1 lap
50 American Hammers (easy count on your own) 1 lap
50 SSH (hard count in cadence) no lap
50 BBSU no lap
50 air squats- last lap around the tennis courts
so, since QT turns 50, we did every exercise of the anvil 50 times.

Praise for DraftyKilt. long journey since October but the baby is almost here. prayers and leaning on the HIMs of F3 helped get him through it.

2nd convergence Q for YHC. Always had help from Gadget who dragged YHC’s sorry butt out of the sad clown fartsack.
Mumble Chatter was great this morning, but probably not enough of it because YHC believes this was a true BD, not just a workout. YHC almost merlot’d and passed out. If QT had stuck around and filled his drawers, everyone would have. Thankfully, he drove around to the facilities and joined our lost brother Sh!tBreak for some companionship and bowel evacuators (put that in the lexicon).
This wont get easier, you’ll just get faster. Keep showing up, keep leading, and never leave a man where you found him.
