Mosey around a bit, YHC decided to check out the pumpkin patch so we mosey up to Due West and had a nice little time

10 Flying Sun God – try to keep that flying leg nice and straight out behind ya
10 SSH – Full range of motion, all the way down to the thighs at the bottom and fingers touching over head at top

Partner up for alternating sets of work and hold position
Partner in hold position is counting reps for the OTHER pair, No rest reward for leniency on rep count.
100 Merkins – Hold Plank – sets of 10 reps (YHC appreciates Wall Ball gettin me all the way down on my merkins)
200 LBC – Hold 6″ ankles – sets of 20 reps

YHC was surprised how much this Q hurt. YHC thought he’d done pretty well with full motion reps, but knowing that each rep is being judged by another HIM keeps ya honest and gets YHC pushing deeper and stronger.
