Introduction

YHC took on every Friday at The Forge. YHC is not a gambler and doesnt like leaving anything to chance. Except today, we rolled the dice and took our punishment.

The Thang

almost an EMOM. every minute we rolled for punishment with an 8 second timer to see where the loaded die would land and to catch some rest. Did YHC say it was loaded? He did, but it wasnt even though it felt like it was.
The PAX enjoyed too many 1 minute high knees, tuck jump burpees, regular burpees.
somehow only managed 20 old fashioned Merkins but approx 100 burpees this morning.
Bridge holds and Supermans were a welcome oasis in the desert of pain the die brought this morning.
Threw in 3 400 M runs/moseys to let everyone catch their breath.
Boucher was the designated sweeper this morning because, well, he’s fast and hasn’t found his wall yet YHC supposes.

Circle of Trust

Prayers for our country.
Launching a new AO in Cartersville this coming monday. Support it if you can.

Naked Man Moleskin

YHC left the exercises to chance today. Sometimes they were easy, most of the times they were not.

As the PAX of West Cobb continue to learn to lead, YHC reminded all in attendance that you dont have to leave anything to chance. Get yourself right. Be a disruption and dont accept the status quo. Grow your physical and mental toughness and show up like a PRO. Finally, you’re not going to out run your poor diet. be intentional about what you put in your body and its ok to have a beer or a donut or a really big and slightly undercooked ribeye. Just dont do that every day.

Hardest part of almost every morning will be deciding whether or not to put your two feet on the ground and commit to your commitment. We’re all counting on each other to show up.
