We all pitch in when needed and that’s the great thing about F3!
Warm-O-Rama
YHC pitched in first with the Warm o Rama
mosey to lower lot…
SSH, WP, Hillbilly, Windmill, Sungods x 15. Then a little Jack Webbs, 10/40.
The Thang
YHC then handed the reigns off to Yak,who then punished the PAX with a little WEST COBB 440 relay for life!
Using the perimeter of the Football field. PAX start’s in one corner..running to midfield, 20 squats..run to next corner..bear crawl across the end zone..run to midfield, 20 merkins…run to next corner, lunges across the end zones….next and final corner, 5 burpees…..rinse and repeat 4 times….with the exception of the SWEDE (swedish ham….name shall be shorten when he is in BEAST MODE) who went beast mode for 5 rounds!
