DORA – We paired up – one PAX ran to the other end of the field and did 20 LBC’s. The other PAX did exercises with coupons. The pair worked through the following exercises:
100 Overhead Presses
150 Coupon Squats
200 Bucket Brigade Lunges
250 Curls
We then put away our coupons and had five minutes for some Mary.
