After rep 0 (at the beginning) do rifle carry around parking lot median, roughly 50 yds.
After rep 5 do 5 Man Makers
10-Thrusters
15-Curls
20- KB Swings
21- Bent over rows
If you finish early you get to do the Cinder block reps again

Great COT. The idea of humility was discussed. A really nice conversation flowed from that and a pretty long coffeeteria took place. Thanks Detour for the tunes and the coffee!
Naked Man Moleskin
For the relaunch I hoped for more of the regular OG attenders to be there and was bummed about that. But I am super grateful for Shortcut and the clown car for making OG their choice today, otherwise I would have been solo on the launch. Great workout and even better company.
