The Thang
Lots of 4’s for Jalopys Birthday.
4-4X4s…..run to top of hill, 4 Burpees……run to parking lot, 40 BBSU…..run back to top of hill…..14 jump squats, rinse and repeat….i think 4 times.( we did mix in squats to the BBSU mix…..all the pax finished and headed back to the no Wall Ball. At this time YHC tried to motivate the pax to there dismay…with some motivators from 7. Finished up with what was suppose to be an Indian run but 2 Chiefs got out front and never looked back for there squalls.
