The Thang
Moseyed around the front of the School to the staircase by the lunch area. Thanks to Pink the Coupons were waiting on us….Partner routine….100 each of Coupon chest thrust, squats and burpees (50)…while one partner works on Coupons second partner runs stairs. We ran, hopped and lunged the stairs…explored the boardwalk area of the school while we did a little catch me if you can. 1 pax does 10 merkins while the other pax hopped….once merkins completed we ran to catch the other hopping pax and swapped….Indian run back to flag and did some rotating mary.
