Introduction
YHC decided to browse the Exicon for a new routine. Bad idea. On top of that, YHC shows up expecting the usual 5-7 HIMs when all of a sudden a clown car shows up along with a few others for a total of 14.

The Thang
On to the stadium to begin with DMCs (Duckwalk, Merkins, CrawlBears). YHC threw in a mod for the duckwalk with a bearcrawl, but poor decision and QT saved the day incorporating walking lunges. The routine starts at goal line, duckwalk,bearcrawl, or walking lunge to 10 yd line then 5 merkins and then crawlbear back to goal line. Rinse and repeat up to 50 yard line adding 5 merkins each increase in yardage so you would end up doing 25 merkins at the 50.
Next it was time for first and 10s. Basically 11s with sprints. Exicon calls for merkins and burpees, YHC called for BBSU and SSH with a 4 count equaling one (I believe YHC was a little soft spoken and a few missed the 4 count equaling one portion, but YHC believes nobody left cheated)
starting at 10 yard line, do 10 BBSU, 1 SSH (4 count) then sprint 90 yards to goal line. Recovery jog back to 20 yard line then 9 BBSU and 2 SSH (4 count) Rinse and repeat shortening sprint by 10 yards every time until you end with 1 BBSU and 10 SSH (4 count)
The early finishers did Mary waiting on 6. Indian run around parking lot then front of school back to flag. YHC struggled something fierce and dropped back. Rest of pax did a few rounds of Mary waiting on YHC to make it back to the flag during his own beat down. A few more rounds of Mary once YHC arrived and then time was called.
