The Thang
The Box – Burpees
Station 1 – Merkins
Station 2 – Bobby Hurley
Station 3 – American Hammers
Station 4 – High Knees
Station 5 – Carolina Drydocks
Stations are set up in a star formation with The Box being dead center. 20 reps at each station.
PAX Begin with one man at each station. The remaining PAX start in the The Box. At the start all PAX in the The Box do Burpees until a PAX from one of the stations completes his set and returns to the The Box to “relieve” them. At which the relieved PAX runs to a station and complete their set, always returning back to The Box to wait to be relieved again. PAX rotate Station after being releived and continued until YHC called time.

YHC always tries to bring a tough BD when Q’ing. Might have to save this one as lots of positive feedback made YHC succeeded. Still need a solid name for it. YHC is taking suggestions at this time.
Was freaking awesome to see not 1, not 2, but 3 FNG’s out this morning. They picked a hell of a morning 25° coupled with a tough beat down but all 3 FNG’s were great and YHC looks forward to having them back out.
