Introduction
Time to work the turkey off with some long forgotten exercises- hopefully they will remain forgotten.

The Thang
Mosey to soccer field. Start in one end. The pax starts an exercise (each member does the same exercise on their own). Once someone gets to 100, we all run the length of the soccer field to start the next exercise. Once 100 is complete- repeat as follows:
1. Side straddle hop
2. LBCs
3. Air presses
4. Lunges
5. Merkins
6. Calf raises
7. Imperial walkers
8. Squats
9. Crab cakes
10. American hammers
11. Burpees (each pax member had to do 100 ea)

Kathmandid- prayers for friend’s family- they had a recent death in family
Geppetto- safe travels to Indiana
Swedish Ham and rest of pax- gratitude to F3

This was a hard work out just like all the rest of
them. I didn’t think I would make through the burpees. Thanks for pushing me fellas. Each of us excelled at different exercises. Just like life. We all have our special talents/gifts. These are cultivated and fortified in the gloom. We become better men- husbands, fathers, sons. We are able to take that fortification out into the community and demonstrate what men of honor are supposed to look like. Are we perfect? No. But we are getting better. And we got rid of the turkey pounds from yesterday. Thank you my band of brothers. Way to work Spooner, Gentleman, Swedish Ham, Geppetto- much respect from YHC.
