We wrote the workout out on the big board as a reminder.
Sprint to First Set Of Cones: 7 Merkins
Sprint to Second Set of Cones: 7 LBC (Hard Count)
Sprint to Third/End Set of Cones: 7 Squats
Reverse Course
Sprint back to Second Set of Cones: 7 Burpees
Sprint to First Set of Cones: 7 Wide Merkins
Sprint to Starting Set of Cones: 7 Flutter Kicks (Hard Count
And PAX did this For Seven Rounds.
When finished with each round PAX were to hold Plank until the Six is in and completed their Round. Short Recovery and Repeat 7 Rounds while Picking up the Six in Rotating Fashion.
As PAX complete 7 Rounds. Everyone begins Mary (Thanks Boucher For Starting It as Planned!). We did this for roughly 8 Mins until YHC called Time.

YHC would like to call out Double Dutch for BD inspiration from 3/29/21. That BD was incredibly difficult and I thought I was going to Die. 60ish days later this was a bit of a physical test for YHC personally. Major praise to the F3WestCobb brothers for support and intentionality. YHC wanted to push PAX HARD! It sounds as though HRs were pushed and Calorie burns were solid too.
I saw a lot of Picking up the 6 which was expected and appreciated. Specifically: Layover, Homewrecker, Master Chief, Slalom, Gucci, Monkey Samurai
Really proud of the way that everyone treated Lefty who was visiting from F3Alpha: Rubicon’s AO Q.
And Helping and supporting Hairy Biscuit–he’s coming back tomorrow with a 2.0!
