The night before the PAX was told to stay off their feet
Warm-O-Rama
Weed pickers, Hairy Rockettes, Arm pretzels, Arm circles (forward and backward)
The Thang
Mosey to the stadium bleachers.
There are 8 sets of stairs, roughly 30 rows high.
15 Merkins, then jog up 1st set stairs, walk over to the 2nd set of stairs while doing no weight shoulder press, walk down the 2nd set of stairs.
25 Derkins, then jog up 3rd set stairs, walk over to the 4th set of stairs while doing no weight shoulder press, walk down the 4th set of stairs.
15 Merkins, then jog up 5th set stairs, walk over to the 6th set of stairs while doing no weight shoulder press, walk down the 6th set of stairs.
25 Derkins, then jog up 7th set stairs, walk over to the 8th set of stairs while doing no weight shoulder press, walk down the 8th set of stairs.
Take a lap around the track (1/4 mile).
Rinse and repeat (4-6x)
