2 pax play a round of War with the deck of cards. Whoever wins picks an exercise according to the winning suit: diamonds = arms, clubs = core, spades = legs, hearts = cardio. Pax then sprint 25ish yards, do 10 push-ups and 20 reps of the winning exercise. Played 10 rounds.
Mosey around the 1/2 mile loop to the flag and did 10+ minutes of Mary.
