Time to debut the twin pythons. No, We’re not talking about YHC’s biceps. We’re talking about our 25’ long, 55lb, tough as nails and super awkward fire hoses.

Nice warm weather but it did start raining at 5:30 on the dot.
The Thang
“Snake wrestling”
Indian run around campus, holding hose on the shoulder or above our heads as we ran, and once hanging down to put a strain on the forearm. Q called position as we ran.
Each group alternating who is in front. Which was a little tricky running as a group all tethered together like that.
We eventually made our way to the soccer field at DWE.
The next event was the Relay race dragging the worm across the field and back (what’s that you say? Sounds easy? I encourage you to try it next chance you get) while remainder of team holds plank until their turn is up. Rinse and repeat holding Al Gore
Mosey with elevated snakes to hill near parking lot for
Snake pull. With hose fully stretched out down the hill, PAX were to pull the snake up, gathering it into a pile, then toss the snake back down the hill, straightening as needed for the next guy. PAX doing burpees while they wait. Rinse and repeat

Dead Double Dutchman
We were physically not able to get a full vertical loop but did successfully achieve a nice rhythmic sway (TWSS)
Surprisingly to YHC this was the hardest routine of the day. An absolute gasser that deserves a wider audience
Tug of war across median island did NOT happen ( I am a merciful and kind Q)

We discussed being “linked together”
The idea of team. Being frustrated when the Indian run is faster than you want or slower than you want. We move together and carry loads together. It was a celebration of WE. Also we Called a new man into the fold today. Welcome Armstrong! (another Ragsdale! LOL)
