Introduction
In light of the impending doom of the Iron Pax “Squatapalooza” we opted for a leisurely jog around the forge Sloppy Style.YHC asked that the PAX try to partner up and push each other without leaving anyone in the woods. Pax were encouraged to find their grooveand get in their zone.

YHC lead the group here there and everywhere, but the tour got highjacked by a couple of rascally rabbit PAX so we then played follow the leader. It was all fun and games till Jones Booty took the lead a few brave PAX hung with him till we hit the 4 mile mark.
Circle of Trust
YHC shared that running is a great way to clear your head and have some quiet time and prayerful moments which may lead to you getting lost so I am grateful to have a group of solid men to keep me on the path. YHC also asked for prayers as layoffs could be in YHC’s future. Prayers were also lifted up for Blythe the sophmore who was hit by a car, sadly as I write this she has since passed on and we now have another angel amongst us. Continued prayers for her fellow students and her family.

YHC encouraged other PAX to sign up for a Crazy 8’s Q it has been so enjoyable to see a consistent group of PAX everyweek and there are many levels from beginner to Usain Bolt aka Jones Booty.The best part was we now have the most awesome flag/shovel masterpiece created by the amazing Rapid Fire.
