Lets get started – Mosey to one tree hill….uhoh roped off with caution tape? Modify to the bottom of the hill before the tennis courts.

10 squats
10 situps
Run to top of hill and back down
Worst ball – work on 4th set while waiting on the 6

Mosey to 5 points
3 sets of
10 wide pushups
10 sumo squats
10 box cutters
Run a lap around
Worst ball – work on 4th set till 6 is done

Mosey to BA hill
3 sets of
10 diamond pushups – modify as needed
10 lunges
10 thors hammers
Run up the hill and down
Worst ball – work on 4th set till 6 is in
