The Thang

We had 4 stations that we worked out at and walked to each one after the group finished the exercises. YHC chose to walk to leave no man behind for our injured.

Station 1: Crab crawl around half the play set and then bear crawl around the other half; 25 Burpees, 25 pull ups

Station 2: Low Plan 45 seconds; 25 Big boy Situps; High Plank 45 Seconds; 25 in and outs

Station 3: 1 minute wall press for half the group and the other as many squats that they can do in a minute, then switch; 25 lunges

Station 4: 25 step ups per leg or 25 jump ups; 25 push ups; 25 Dips; and 50 Shoulder Presses

Finished with two rounds of marry.
