Start on the track. Run a lap around (approx 1/3 mile) the track. Once back to starting the point PAX preform 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, and 10 BBSU. Then Run another lap. Back to starting point and preform 9 Burpees, 9 Merkins, 9 Squats, 9 BBSU. Then lap and 8 reps, lap and 7 reps, all the way to 0 reps. Finished with a 5 Burpee Train Shot (more in the naked Moleskin) and YHC called it just a minute and half early to get to naming an FNG
