Introduction
An unfortunate early morning meeting for Rapid Fire led to a opening in the Q calendar. YHC figured it was time to dust off the old Q notebook and bring some tried and true BD’s to the Grove.

-1 PAX performs 10 burpees while the rest of the PAX bear crawls around the circles that was formed during warm-o-rama. Rinse and repeat until all PAX members have made it into the ring of fire and completed 10 burpees.
Dora
100 – Negative Merkins (One hand on block one hand on curb perform merkin and try to touch chest to the ground)
200- Bonnie Blares – YHC originally specified a double count was 1 rep but called an audible due to time.
300 – SSH
YHC cut Dora short during the SSH hop round to get to the last exercise.
Rifle Carry to Broad Jump Burpee
Rifle carry coupon to designated area perform broad jump burpees for approximately 15 yards away and back. Pick up coupon and rifle carry back to start. Rinse and repeat.
0610 YHC called PAX to the flag for a little Mary before time expired
Rotating hold-em high crunches (A new one from the Y that wasn’t met with very much fanfare)

Prayer requests were raised for Spooner’s speedy recovery, QT’s friends family who lost a loved one to COVID, Tri-Doc’s upcoming surgery, nationwide peace and healing with the upcoming inauguration.
Sometimes tasks and changes in your personal/spiritual life can be daunting when looking at the totality of them. YHC reminded the PAX that the best place to start is where you’re at and take things one step at a time.

YHC really enjoyed putting together the Q this morning. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of HIM this morning. While I may not attend as many BD’s as I was previously F3 still means a lot to me and I’ll take every opportunity I can to make it back to the gloom with my brothers.
