Introduction
It was a fine balmy July morning. Venus is in full view. However, no flag. And no Q. Let the adventure begin…..
Warm-O-Rama
5 HIM’s showed up to get some work done. Without hesitation, we decided today would be a community Q. Start with a little mosey led by Rapid Fire up to the street. Then a round-robin warm-o-rama.

Head to the bottom of a hill for whatever comes next.
The Thang
We began with 20 derkins (Rapid Fire) at the bottom of the hill. Run up the hill, investigate if we can get into the elementary school field (we cannot), do 15 burpees OYO (Drafty).
Run over to benches on opposite side of bus lane. Do 20 step ups, then 20 BBSU (OnePly).
Run down to No Wall Ball Wall. Balls to the wall w/ 10 shoulder taps (Rapid).
Run to the picnic tables for 15(?) rafter pull-ups (Wall Ball), 20 dips (Wheels), and 15 knees to elbows (OnePly).
Run to top of Steep Hill. Bear crawl down all the way to the wall. Bernie back up (Drafty).
Run to parking lot for a set of elevens w/ merkins and BBSU (Rapid).
At this point, memory gets fuzzy. There was some sprinting (Wheels) and eventually we ran back to cars for a round-robin ab-o-rama. Mixture of LBC’s, Freddie Mercury’s, OnePly’s, In-and-out’s, Dane’s Big Finish, and probably more. We ended on the grass with plank push-ups and some much needed stretching.
Circle of Trust
Count-o-rama and Name-o-rama. YHC expressed gratitude for the HIM’s that showed up today. No hesitation to jump in and lead together with nothing prepared. And the beat down was legitimate (YHC was at 582 calories burned).
Pray for a friend of OnePly. He and his family are going through a storm right now.
Pray for Rapid’s mom as she goes through surgery today.
Pray for the healthcare workers who are once again in the thick of the pandemic.
