With 86 years of combined life experience between QT and Drafty, this beat down was sure to be a #crowdpleaser.

LBACs fwd/bkwd 10X each IC
Mosey to football field to meet up with Twinkle.
The Thang
Super 21 with a twist.
1 merkin, 1 squat, 1 BBSU
2 merkins, 2 squats, 2 BBSU
3 merkins, 3…..you get the idea.
All the way up to 21 of each.
The twist was a short jog between each set. Started on goal line. jog to 10 yard line, do the set of 1 each. Jog back to goal line. Jog to 20 yard line, do the 2 set, back to goal line. So on and so on, adding 10 yards of distance.
We we got to set 5, we decreased the jog by 10 yards each set. When we got to set 10, we increased again. When we got to set 15, we decreased again.
Finished around set 19 or so and headed back to flag, Indian run style.
