The Thang

Thanks to OnePly, everyone is soooooo obsessed with push-ups right now. Got to get 100 everyday. So here’s the thang…

10 minutes of Burpees. But the twist is every minute, on the minute, add a pushup to the burpees. So after the first 60 seconds, every time you drop to the ground, you’re doing an extra pushup rep with each burpee. After 2 minutes, you’ll be doing 2 extra pushup reps with each burpee. Up to 10 minutes/10 push-ups. The first rounds were fast and furious. Many burpees were performed. Pebble tried to leave after 3 minutes. Gadget shot him with the massage gun and made him stay. Towards the end, we were lucky to get a single round of one burpee plus the prescribed push-ups in before the minute was over.

After the 10 minutes, we headed to the 4 points for some card games.
Heart is merkin
Diamond is squat
Spade is BBSU
Club is Bonnie Blair hard count 1-1, 2-2
Ace is 1
Those exercises are performed at the tip of the point. Sprint to the tip, perform the number of reps the card says and Bernie Sanders back to the center.
Face card is 10 reps of flipper choice of exercise
Joker is 20 burpees
SSH until 6 is in at cards
Those exercises are performed in the center at the cards.

Somehow, no BBSUs were performed and many more push-ups were performed. Everyone is well over 100 for the day. Jerky tried to get clever and avoid more push-ups by pulling a card from the middle of the deck…Joker. 20 burpees.

Back to flag. Time is up.

Circle of Trust

Continued prayers for our injured brothers. And our nation’s leaders.

Naked Man Moleskin

On the day after the election, the PAX were encouraged to be a leader at home, at the office, in their neighborhood, in their community. The first step is to sign up on the Q sheet. It’s probably the easiest leadership opportunity available. It has been incredibly encouraging to see men’s leadership and mental strength grow over the past year through F3. Everyone needs to experience leading!
