The Thang

Made it to the soccer field and introduced the PAX to a little something called the Cooper…actually with a slight modification , boys I’ll call it The Cooper Bear.

Why “Bear,” you ask?

You’ll find out soon enough. Nothing snuggly about this teddy…promise.

Repeat after me PAX.

Burpee!
Squat!
Merkin!

Getting that heart rate up with 10 reps each then get to stepping around the soccer field corners for a lap.

After each lap, rinse repeat but reps decrease by one (9,9,9…lap…8,8,8) till your heart rate is through the roof and you hit 1 rep of each.

Oh, and if I yell “BEAR!” during your lap, you best get down and bear crawl till your little ears hear “UP!”

The PAX was dying and sweat was pouring till 5:55am. But I was proud with their finish.

Still on the soccer field we inched right into Bear Crawl Inch Worm:
PAX lines up head to to feet in plank position. The man in the back of the line bear crawls to front of the line and yells front and next man does the same thing until whole PAX has done it.

Abs are burning but nobody stopped. Time for some Mary, fellas:

Alternating Scissor Crunches – Cadence
Partner Leg Throws 1 minute each person
American Hammers – Cadence
6in ab hold for 1 minute
Child’s Pose / On your 6 Ab Stretch
