Introduction
The Murder Bunny crew was strong in the gloom this morning. Glow stick called from the field marking the distances to be hopped. Nervous chatter permeated the crowd but everyone was ready to get after it.
Warm-O-Rama
Short mossy to the dumpsters and back
Stretched out shoulders and back
Weed pickers
Arm circles
Seal claps
Then the instructions where given by YHC while MonkeySamuai demonstrated.
The Thang
Line up on the 1 yard line 10 man makers, drop your coupon run to the 25 and back. Then Murder bunny to the 25 for 25 Blocky push ups. Run to the 50 for 50 overhead press. Drop your block then run to the 75 and back. Murder bunny out to the 75 for as many inverted rows. Then one last down and back to the 100 before hopping your coupon to the 100 for a century of leg lifts 6 in to 90 degree. Then get your block back to the starting line for 10 more man makers. Many did push ups while waiting for the six. As the last few PAX arrived for their Manmaker set the bulk of the crew finished with a full field suicide.
Circle of Trust
The circle was big and it felt good to see many of the faces that had been missing or spread out. YHC reminded that our burdens are what we choose and we don’t escape them we carry them well or we let them crush us.
Naked Man Moleskin
We ended early but most stayed late. It was good to connect. We also where blessed to add our newest FNG ‘Newman’ I believe our postal working PAX will be served well by his name. Welcome.
