Introduction
My name is Mr. Pink and as of today I’ve been doing this for 1 year.
Warm-O-Rama
~8 showed up early for 3 rounds of Mary. FNG stumbled in wondering what he got himself into…
Kicked off with the rest of the Pax with:
· Backwards Lunges
· Calf Raises
· Mountain Man Poopers
· Hairy Rockette’s
Partner off into 2’s, walkers stay together.
The Thang
Run to the flagpole then by the restrooms.
· Dora Wall Sit –> Lunges x15. Swap & repeat 5 times.
Run to the flagpole then the base of one tree hill.
· Dora Squats –> Run/Walk One Tree Hill. 200 count.
Run to little 5 entrance then to lower lot. Circle up for 3 rounds of Duck Duck Goose.
· Outside: Hairy Rockette’s, Inside: Macarena’s
· Outside: Sally Up Squats, Inside: Manmakers
· Outside: 1 Legged Glut Bridge, Inside: Motivators x5
45 lb. sandbags provided for those wishing to modify up. Several HIM did 👊
Circle of Trust
1 Year in and I’ve experienced a lot of personal growth through F3 and these relationships. Thank you to Gadget for inviting me. If you are intentional in how you approach this group, it’s a great avenue to experience growth physically, emotionally, and spiritually. These men are the real deal. Men who will give you the shirt off their back (literally) and carry you when you need it.

Naked Man Moleskin
Many of these were significant: The “courtyard” by the restrooms as the site of his first BD, One tree hill as his favorite location at the Forge, Duck duck goose from his first Q, Macarena’s as one of his contributions, and Bring Sally Up as one of his most loved/hated routines.
Duck duck goose was fun… Gucci tucked & rolled. Pebble is faster than he let on. Many booties were slapped along the way (one gently patted). R2 dusted his Dad. And YHC’s mall walk couldn’t cut the mustard.
