The Thang

Carry our buddy the Log to Little 5 Points – the log was only big enough for 5 PAX to get a hold of so remaining PAX ran ahead and held Al Gore (TreeHuggin) until the log made it in.

24 Windshield Wipers (on your six, legs straight up, 1-lower legs all the way left, 2-bring legs back to top, 3-lower legs all the way right, 4-bring legs back to top)
24 – 180 burpees (at the merkin portion of the burpee walk your feet around half a circle)
24 – lunges (YHC had hoped to have the Q hold the log for lunges but logistically wouldn’t work for today, YHC will remember to bring enough logs to share next time)
24 – Tennessee Rocking Chair
24 – Log Hops (Hop Back and forth over the log)

Carry our buddy the Log back to the flag – this kinda worked out as all PAX had a turn with the log (thanks to WallBall for taking a double turn) – remaining PAX ran ahead and held Plank until the log made it in.

Catch Me if you Can for 10 minutes –
One PAX (Wheelz) designated as Rabbit to start – all other PAX hold Al Gore for 12 seconds while the Rabbit Bernie Sanders away (any direction), after 12 seconds all PAX sprint to tag the Rabbit, first to TAG becomes the new rabbit and begins Bernie Sanders while other PAX do another round of Al Gore
No route was specified and PAX were allowed to take any path desired to catch the Rabbit
