Short and sweet welcome to the Gucci monkey week of bad ideas. Monkey was in charge. I am Gucci and I approve this message.

The Thang
BearCrawl from Light pole back to flag and repeat. At each end do 11 side straddle hops then 10, 9, 8 until done. Finish with 9 push ups (a Spector of what’s to come)
Then we ran to 1 tree hill and there was no rejoicing. We partnered up and took turns running to the top of the hill and doing descending sets of push ups on each lap. 13, 12, 11 etc. Each pack did all numbers totaling to 91 Mercans (+ the 9 earlier gave all Forge PAX 100)
While each partner was running up the hill to get they’re push up game on the one at the bottom did burpees with no cap. And there was less rejoicing. 6:15 ran back to the flag
Circle of Trust
Q shared about pushing others while pushing yourself. Questions about status of a few PAX that have been absent. We also all agreed that Gadget’s jockey mask was still less disturbing than his normal smile.

This was the first of 6 straight BD that we would attend. We felt the only way to make sure it happened was to Q it.
