Baby arm circles x10 front and back

The Thang
Mosey to the field
Circle up, one man does 5 man makers while the pax does the exercise.
Next, the man to the right does 5 man makers and swap the exercise position.
Continue until everyone does 5 man makers
1st exercise – Lunges, hold the position on the right leg, swap to the left and hold
Mosey to One Tree Hill
2nd exercise – Squats, hold the 90 and then rifle carry your block
Mosey to Tennis Courts log
3rd exercise – Mercans, hold at the bottom, use knees if needed and then high plank
Mosey back to One Tree Hill
4th exercise – side planks, first one side then the other
Mosey back to the flag
5th exercise – Curls, hold 90 and then bottom – only finished 3 reps before time was called
Count o rama and name o rama

Circle of Trust
I said in the COT that when I first came to f3 was to get my name. That was my one goal and when I puked and sat in the car I was determined to go again, but I waited a little. When I finally went again and got my name I decided to go the next day even though I thought I just went for my name. I realized that I came to f3 for 2 main reasons not 1 and those were my name and friendship in these past couple weeks. That is why f3 is called f3 instead of f2.
