YHC is writing this BB after pretty much falling into my computer due to the fact that I decided to take the last 3 weeks off.

Short mosey to the back parking lot and circled up for the Warm-o-rama:

The Thang
There was plenty of mumblechatter on the slack channel about drafty lighting everyones shoulders up from Monday’s BD. I thought we needed to loosen up those arms and littler more, what better way to get after it than starting off with our good friend Jack Webb. Merkins and Air Presses in a 1:4 ratio up to 10:40. Shake it out and took a short mosey over to BA Hill.
PAX partnered up. First partner performed the exercise while the second partner jogged to BA hill to Bernie Sanders up and jog back down to partner. Partners kept switching off until exercise was completed to the required reps. If you finish early keep jogging and Bernieing until the 6 is in.
Exercise 1: Alternating Leg Lunges x 200
Exercise 2: BBSU x 200
Exercise 3: Burpees x 100
YHC had to cut exercise 2 short a little so that the PAX had enough time to complete everyone’s favorite burpee round. PAX wrapped up exercise 3 just in time for a mosey back to the flag. Two minutes left, time for a little Mary. American Hammers and Freddie Mercury (or Freddie Merkin as QT affectionately calls them). 0615 – that it.
Circle of Trust
YHC shared that I’ve been both busy and fartsacking over the past few weeks which has been a window into my daily life for the most part as well. Its so easy to get busy with things that aren’t what we should necessarily be putting priority on. When our priorities aren’t in alignment with the Sky Q it gives the enemy a foothold into our lives.
Prayers were lifted for all the kids starting school this week as well as for all the brothers who weren’t able to make it out in the gloom.

YHC underestimated how bad the Bernie Sanders up the hill and the jog back down was going to suck (my legs are not happy with me today). I am kind of upset I didn’t incorporate Bear Crawls into the BD somehow. Next time fellas, next time. BA Out!
