Introduction
YHC recently went touristing at another AO and brought back this souvenir… Couple that with a new exercise that’s stirred much curiosity and you’ve got a recipe for success.
Warm-O-Rama
YHC was late to the party setting up the field when the clock struck 5:30 so the PAX started a mosey all their own and we joined up together at the flag.
Mosey to dumpsters – 10 Merkins
Mosey to playground – 10 Merkins, 20 Dips
Mosey to five points – 10 Merkins, 20 Dips, 30 Squats
Back to the flag for OYO stretches.
The Thang
Grabbed the blocks and went to the field for a modified partner Dora.
Murder Bunnies to Manmakers while your partner runs to the 75 and back. Reverse & repeat across the length of the field.
Stop at the 25, 50, and 75 yard line for:
25 BBSU, 50 Flutter Kicks, and 75 Mountain Climbers respectively.
Mosey over by the restrooms for:
25 Macarena’s (fan favorite) and 25 Jump Squats.
Back to the flag for Mary (where Boucher ran out the clock w/box cutters).
Circle of Trust
Extended prayer time lifting up two of our brothers staring down their own unique challenges. We spent 1 minute in silence, praying individually before YHC closed us out.

Naked Man Moleskin
It was a nice feeling when YHC ran late and the Pax took the initiative to warmup on their own and meet him on the field. This group is the bees knees.
The Macarena didn’t have to die with the 90’s… Don’t let today keep you from getting nostalgic from time to time.
Otherwise, great work bringing the goods for MUST Ministries today. Let’s keep it up and make some work for ourselves at the Reindeer Ruck 👊.
