Introduction
YHC rolled up with a variety of goodies, including 300 lbs. of weight to put our Backs & Legs to the test. Although 9 men committed, 7 HIMs actually showed to put in work, and work they did. 👊
Warm-O-Rama
· Short Mosey
· Weedpickers x10
· Toe touch stretch ~20 sec
· Drop Squat Hops (DSH) x10
· Downward dog ~45 sec
· High Plank w/alternating arm & leg reach x10
The Thang
Mosey to the side stairs.
· Ascending Burpees to Pull-ups, 1-5.
· Wall sit while waiting for your turn.
Mosey down to the practice field.
· Tractor tire flips x20
· Lunges to Bonnie Blairs x10
Wall sits while YHC explained the exercises using a variety of weights – all Pax received 2 exercises to complete before moving on to another.
· Tire jumps x20 (everyone)
· Jump rope x100
· Tire pull/row (80 lbs.)
· Sled pull (250 lbs.)
· Plank hold KB crossover x20
· Split Squats x15 each leg
· Tractor Tire Leg press x20
· One legged jump-ups x 15
· Sandbags over shoulder x20
Pickup materials then back to the flag for Mary:

Circle of Trust
Having shared his story already, YHC spoke about what God is doing in his life at present and the freedom in the ownership & acceptance of the experiences that have shaped him.

Naked Man Moleskin
The Pax worked together to overcome a number of obstacles, including the height discrimination of our “pullup bar” and the sheer weight of the tractor tires (which happened to be filled with water).
Still, the Pax made the most of it and pressed on in spite of YHC’s jerry-rigged equipment falling apart (RIP beach wagon).
In true Pink fashion, the setup for this BD was a little overzealous. Regardless, it felt good to break in the tractor tires and move around some serious weight. 💪
