Introduction
Who wants to run? No you say? What if I add in sets of excruciating exercises along the way?
Warm-O-Rama
Skipped the mosey (would make up for that shortly). Started out with a buffet of side straddle hops, weed pickers, high knees, arm raises, hillbillies and mountain climbers.
The Thang
*Thang 1 – As we move into Fall and it is staying darker longer in the morning, I decided to shed some light on our day. I had the PAX sprint to each light in the front parking lot and perform 10 repetitions of the following exercises, alternating one exercise at each stop: Burpees, big boy situps, pushups and squats. Rinse and repeat.
*Once we completed two circuits, we took a mosey on a visit to reminisce all the fun we had at each light.
*Thang 2 – Grabbed the coupons and set up stations for another circuit. Curls at the Villain Bowl station. LBC’s at the Pop the Bomb station. Lunges at the Batman Cave station. Rinse and repeat.
*One more mosey around the now all to familiar light path.
*Finished it off with a half round of Mary circle.

We got to enjoy learning about a new member to the group. Prayers for a safe, productive week.

We need to place Drafty Kilt and Bear Arse at the back of our runs! That pace! Good to push the group though.
