I was initially concerned during warm-ups when I didn’t hear anyone counting along with the SSH. I thought to myself, “geez, no participation at all huh?”. It wasn’t until later that I realized the 2 scoops of pre-workout I took had affected my cadence and counting abilities. Really enjoyed leading this morning. Great job boys!
