Carrying 2 jugs of water we moseyed around the soccer field, stopping intermediately and doing various exercises….if any pax sat down his jugs…25 Burpees. All exercises were as many as you could do in a minute: lateral lifts, squats, lunges,
Shoulder presses, overhead press, curls…..until time.
