Introduction
KISS Run: Keep It Simple Stupid: Like is complicated running doesn’t have to be.
Warm-O-Rama
We started with the usual talk about pooping and TP( foreshadowing for YHC)
YHC tried to count off SSH but between my keys flying out and two phones racking me in the nuts QT had to step in while gathered my goods. Afyer recovering we did a few weed pickers and runners strectches.
The Thang
KISS Run: YHC led the PAX on a tour of the forge shortly into the run I passed the Q torch to Rapid, who rapidly took off from there it turned into follow the leader, About that time YHC had to take a detour and make a layover to use some One Ply, but I was able to recover and hit 4 miles on the dot.

Prayers lifted for YHC struggling to please too many woman at work!
Prayers lifted for one of YHC managers diagnosed with stage 4 brain and lunch cancer.
Prayers also lifted for our newest 2.0’s and Drafty Kilt and Pebble
Shot Gun also shared a reminder to hydrate more especially with warmer weather coming. He experienced some bad leg cramping. I second that I need to back off the coffee in the am I had to haul it to the bathroom this am!
Naked Man Moleskin
I have really been struggling with work we are so short staffed and it’s going to be tough to close out this year. I had prayed about this as it has caused alot of anxiety. Later that day I had a memory pop up from a post a year ago and the gist of it was don’t focus on the storm focus on Jesus he is always with us right alongside of us. We can easily lose sight of that so remember if you are in a storm of your own you have a loving God who is at your side along with a crazy group of guys who are always there for you. Side note I had to miss a BD yesterday and it was a crappy day. Although today started out crappy(literally) after posting to day boyh my head and colon were in a better place and I had a great day and it was nacho day! So show up and start you day right!
