-1st lap run with 15 sec plank in one corner and 5 BBSU in the adjacent corner with sprints on the short sides.
-2nd lap Bernie Sanders all the way around NO stops.
Rinse and Repeat until 6:05 jumping right into an Indian Run back to the flag!!

I needed a visual for this weeks message so the running BD was tailored to match. The Pros being ready for the expected running as well as the unexpected ‘Bernie Sanders’. The ‘Indian Run’ referencing the stumbling blocks in our way and as soon as we are at the front something (or someone in this case) jumps in front of us reinforcing the daily battle of working to get better and fighting our own Jester!!
