Introduction
YHC put out a PSA stating that their may be a little more mileage (PSA due to Katmandid’s usual mumble chatter about jogging more than 100 M at a time) than normal at this BD and probably lost a few HIMS. Lesson learned, ambush tactic from now on.
Warm-O-Rama
0530 Quick mosey to the back parking lot then circled up.

-Imperial Walkers
-Sun Gods and Arm Pretzels (this is about where QT rejoined the PAX from dropping the kids off at the pool)
-Bernie Sanders across the parking lot then Karaoke back….Everyone was warmed up at that point so on the “The Thang” but as Lee Corso would say “Not so fast my friend”.

The Thang
PAX took an extended mosey thru little 5 points, up BA Hill and to a dark corner of the AO that has yet to be explored where a grass knoll and field fit for spartan warfare awaited.
YHC mashed up a Jacob’s ladder and Spartan routine for what I’m dubbing the “Jacobian Spartan”. PAX started at the bottom of the field, sprinted approx 200 yd to top of hill to perform an exercise then slow mosey or walk back to start:
Round 1: Merkins x 10
Round 2: Squats x 20
Round 3: Merkins x 30
Round 4: Squats x 40
Round 5 : Merkins x 50
Round 6: Squats x 60
Round 7: Merkins x 20 and BBSU x 50 (Total of 70)
Not much mumblechatter but the fellas were up to the challenge, nice work guys. Finished at the routine up around 0610 and took a mosey back to the flag for COT.

YHC didn’t want to touch the last portion of the quote, but there is no better judge of a mans character than the friends he surrounds himself with. I know that is evident in my own life. When I look back at the spiritual lows in my life I can emphatically state that the people I surrounded myself with did not have the same beliefs and morals that I had. F3 has not only been a great tool to help increase my physical capacities but also has provided me with an outlet to men who have similar belief systems and priorities as I have.
