YHC woke and he learned he was the Q….Panic….what to do….
Warm-O-Rama
Did a little warmup on lower lot, SSH, Imperial Walkers, Tumble Weeds,Runner Stretch, Then a little Indian Run to the Tennis courts and back
The Thang
Loop the lower lot then run the Island Hopping routine…Run to Parking lot island walk around sprint to next island etc etc Upon completion we did a Crazy 8 then began another round of island hopping…a couple of parking lot laps to cover 4 miles.
