Leave the coupon, run 100 yards down and 100 yards back.

Repeat until time is up.

Circle of Trust

Gadget with a perfectly timed and much needed Form Q on squats! A vertically oriented coupon ends up as a perfect squat depth for many PAX to ensure that the knees are bent enough for good form. The other hard part for many is keeping the back straight and upright. Kayne does not approve.

Prayers for YHC’s dad with knee replacement surgery tomorrow.
Prayers for all of the Cobb County kids and teachers returning to in person school today.

Naked Man Moleskin

Due to the picking up the Q just yesterday, YHC did not originally have much planned for discussion heading into the morning. However, as the events of the morning progressed, it was realized exactly how difficult this BD was. Many calories were burned. The arms of the PAX were getting the jello treatment early. As the BD wrapped up, many of the PAX were already discussing what had entered YHC’s head – which was an extension of Saturday’s NMM, discussion with many of the 2.0s that showed up at the Grind, and an extended Slack discussion over the weekend.

YHC was reminded of many discussions with his 2.0 from his kindergarten years. The 2.0 did not like journal time in the classroom because it was too hard. He had to write neatly and write a lot. But YHC reminded him that if he does his best today, tomorrow his best will be even better. The PAX were reminded to do their best during every BD, in effort and in form, and pretty soon things will become easy.
