Introduction
Week 4 of the Iron Pax Challenge set forth by F3 Greenwood.
Everyone knew it’d be a grind because of the reputation built by the last 3 weeks.
Still, 22 PAX AND a FNG. West Cobb SHOWED OUT, in terms of attendance.

50 Alternating Block Merkins for a total of 100 (these sucked for the shorty short runners but plenty of PAX killed it) then carry your coupon back to the start

This was quite the challenge. There were quite a few PAX (YHC included) that didnt think they’d finish. No one quit and plenty of help and encouragement from everyone. Happy to be part of this crew.
