Introduction

Going to Hawaii starts with a long flight, but once you’re there you can hop between islands and take a leisurely stroll around each one. It’s paradise to fly over the ocean to the next island. Don’t leave out the ones in the middle! If you have time you can see them all at least twice!

Warm-O-Rama

Short mosey for instructions.

The Thang

Run the lower fields loop and come back up to the parking lot. (Gotta get to Hawaii before you can play on the islands)
Slow at the first left-most parking island and walk around it. When you complete the walk around the majestic landscape sprint to the next island in the set and repeat for the next two islands.
At the last island in the row, continue perpendicular to the furthest island and circle it. This should have you coming back towards where you started.
You will hit every island and walk around it before sprinting to the next.
When you reach the final in the row, take a full circle as before and then start your sprint to the middle set of islands.
Continue circling and sprinting until you reach the last island.
On the last island finish your walking circle and then full sprint from that last island all the way back to the start.
Rinse and repeat as many times as necessary.
Finish with a cool down lap of the lower fields loop.

Circle of Trust

Prayer requests for Mr. Pink and his family as they have a lot on their plate and he is taking the courage to work through counseling.
QT has an acquaintance that recently lost his wife to cancer.
Healing for those dealing with injuries and physical exhaustion (you know who you are).

Naked Man Moleskin

This Q came from a random thought that popped in YHC’s head from two separate events. 1) a coworker mentioned about a year ago that they got faster from running sprints and 2) a cousin moved to Hawaii recently during the pandemic. YHC thought it would be a good opportunity to get some speed and some distance together. Thanks to Jalopy for pushing YHC to Q today.
