Body Weight Tabata Workout

Alternate between 20 seconds of high intensity and 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes. Adds up to 8 cycles of each round

Naked Man Moleskin

This was my first time doing a Tabata routine in several months. It hasn’t gotten any easier, but I felt accomplished and relieved when done. Hopefully other PAX felt the same! Going through these trials with other HIMs inspires me to keep moving forward and trying to become a better man.
