The Thang

T pushups x 12
Plank pushups x 15
Burpees x 12
15 sec rest
Beep Test
Sprint between goal and 20 yard line at every beep. Beep interval begins at 8sec and gets fast every 10 repeats. If you don’t make it to the line by the next beep you’re out. QT was the last man standing at round 7.
Hail Mary:
Line up at goal. PAX choice Mary.
100 LBCs, bear crawl to 10yd line
90 flutters, lunge to 20
80 Freddie, crab walk to 30
Etc. to opposite 10yd line
