Introduction
All the PAX down in west Cobb liked F3 a lot
But the Grinchy injured Gucci did not.
He hated F3 the whole workout season.
Please don’t ask why no one quite knows the reason.
It could be perhaps that the rain was too wet.
It could be his pain killers hadn’t kicked in just yet.
But I think the most likely reason of all, was he wanted to work out but his muscles were too small.
Warm-O-Rama
So they started with kettlebells dragged to 5 points
Even though the The Gucci was cursing his joints.
SSH weedpickers arm circles tumbleweeds and seal claps
He could barely keep count so he whistled for Max (MonkeySamuai)
The Thang
Then the Gucci got an awful idea.
A wonderfully awful, awful ideas.
“I know just what to do.” The Gucci voice called
“The PAX hate Burpees, so we’ll do them all!”
So the Gucci made a list, of diabolical sort.
“12 days of burpees” he laughed with a snort
“We’ll do kettlebell burpees, plank jacks side jumps, and step ups.
We’ll do Spider-Man burpees, man-makers and double push ups.”
“And we’ll do it to Christmas music that will be fun”
He revealed his workout to the PAXs and they wanted to run
The Music began playing and the groans started low,
One or two at first then they stated to grow.
But as the music played and the pickles kept pounding
The Gucci was surprised at a new sound that was sounding.
Was that laughter He heard? How could it be so?
“I tried to hurt them” he thought “Don’t they even know?”
Circle of Trust
And he puzzled and puzzed til his puzzler was sore.
Then the Gucci thought of something he hadn’t before.
“Maybe F3 is fun even when you are sore?!”
And what happened then, well in West Cobb they say…
Gucci’s muscles grew three sizes that day!!!
Naked Man Moleskin
And now that his leg didn’t quite feel so tight.
He skipped to the flag in the rainy morning light.
His muscle and mindset now able to carry the load,
The COT closed with a prayer and Rapid’s cup o’Joe.
