Introduction
Today we ditched the “8’s” and just went “crazy” we ran all over the park today trying to put some new scenery in the mix since we were running a little longer. We took couple of sketchy wrong turns and maybe a little itchy tonight but managed to hit 4.1 miles.

And just like that we was running… here , there just about everywhere no rhyme or reason, tackled a few hills covered just about the whole park! All 8PAX gave it there all and pushed through hitting over 4 miles!

Prayers for Commando and his big meeting. Prayers also for YHC my Brother in law and sister in law signing divorce papers and selling their house this week they have 2 kids and 22 years of marriage. Their kids are the same age as my 2 younger kids and all 4 have grown up together andnow they will all be indifferent states.

Today was about facing challenges!There are so many these days and the older you get the harder they become to handle. My philosophy is we are stronger together!Most of us probably would not have ran as hard or as long alone but when we face a challenge as a group they are much more achievable.
